Most people don't plan to fail...they just fail to plan. Here's a peak performance assessment you can take to see how your mental game is coming along. The key to being successful at advancing your mental game is being consistent. Have a plan. Be systematic. Be committed. Get started today!

First print a copy of this web page so you have a paper copy to take the quiz. Then check either Yes or No for the answer to each question. At the end of the assessment, count the number of Yes answers and see where you stand in the scoring and explanation section at the end.

Wherever you find yourself on the mental game training continuum, remember that you are in control of your own mental game. Plan your work and then work your plan. Make it happen. Be dedicated. Write it down. Allow for mistakes, but praise yourself for progress. Pride yourself on building your mental toughness.
