Cole Consultants proprietary written assessment instrument and an executive review/coaching career session with Bill Cole, CEO of William B. Cole Consultants. • You will complete our proprietary 180-question Cole Executive Assessment Instrument (CEAI), which measures your strengths and needed growth areas in your career.
• You will make a PDF only of page 13, which has the final 12 section scores of the assessment, and return it to us by email.
• We will contact you by email to arrange a one-hour coaching conversation by phone or video with Bill Cole, MS, MA, where we discuss the assessment and your goals and future directions in your business life.

Your investment in yourself and your executive business career for this assessment package is $400. This is an introductory, special price for an initial coaching session and assessment.

There is no further obligation on your part to continue coaching, and you will leave with a well-rounded, objective, written assessment of your executive abilities, with recommendations for improvement. Many people use this assessment as the kick-off for their executive coaching with us, and as a way to have an in-depth coaching conversation.
