Room Set-up and Audio-Visual Needs
for Bill Cole

Stage: Depending on the nature of Bill's program, this will vary, but Bill would prefer to be as close to the audience as possible, since much of his program is interactive. He likes to go into the audience often.

Microphones: Bill would prefer a hands-free wireless microphone that plugs into your house PA system, and for recording purposes. You will want to have a different microphone for the person introducing Bill.

Table: One small-medium size table on stage for Bill's speech materials and props.

Lectern: One lectern placed center left or right. We can adjust this once on site. The lectern should have a light on it for reading the notes.

Lighting: General stage lighting.

Audio-Visual Projection: Depending on the program, Bill may need an overhead projector with a screen, or an LCD projector for Power Point slides. We will contact you in advance for specific needs.

Introduction: We ask that someone from your organization read a printed introduction, which we will provide.
