To make your meeting a success, Bill prepares his program with your participants in mind. He interviews several audience members, reviews your written materials, arrives early to learn more from your people and makes himself available for any meeting activities and site meetings that would help make his portion of the program even more meaningful.

  6.    What are the most pressing issues and challenges that keep you and your leaders awake at night?
  7.    What particular issues and topics might be sensitive, and therefore avoided during our program?
